The Approach

Performance-first,
from consult to comeback.

Meet Dr. O'Donnell · 2 min

I've had the unique experience of treating everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors. My real passion is getting the everyday patient back to the life they love — with the same standard of care I bring to elite competitors.

Every plan starts with the least-invasive option that will actually work, and escalates only when it needs to. When surgery is the answer, it's precise, arthroscopic wherever possible, and built around a fast, structured return to performance.

Do I need a referral to be seen? +
Most plans allow you to schedule directly, but some HMO plans require a referral from your primary care physician. Our team will confirm what your specific plan needs when you call.
How soon can I be seen for an acute injury? +
Acute injuries — especially in athletes — are prioritized. Call the office and we will work to get you in quickly, often same or next day.
Will I need surgery? +
Not necessarily. Many conditions respond to non-operative care — therapy, injections, and activity modification. Surgery is recommended only when it is the best path back to full function.
Do you treat non-athletes? +
Absolutely. The performance-medicine standard applies to everyone — from weekend warriors to patients simply wanting to move without pain.
